**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Research and identify potential leads through various channels such as databases, online platforms, and social media.
- Collect and maintain accurate lead data in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- **Outbound Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided lead lists or assigned territories.
- Introduce the company's products/services to potential customers and educate them on key features and benefits.
- **Customer Engagement**:

- Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to build rapport and establish a positive relationship.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively to encourage interest and drive sales conversions.
- **Sales Pitching**:

- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs and interests of individual customers.
- Highlight product/service features, promotions, and special offers to stimulate customer interest and drive sales.
- **Lead Follow-up**:

- Follow up on leads generated through inbound inquiries, website inquiries, or marketing campaigns.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine their readiness to purchase.
- Close sales opportunities by securing commitments from customers to purchase products/services.
- **Data Management**:

- Update CRM software with call outcomes, lead status updates, and relevant customer information.
- Generate reports on call activities, lead conversion rates, and sales performance for management review.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
