**Responsibilities**:
- Develop, update, and communicate HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations, permits, and licenses.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential HSE risks and implement appropriate controls.
- Oversee HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors, ensuring awareness of relevant hazards, safe work practices, and emergency procedures.
- Analyze HSE performance metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce the frequency and severity of incidents.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices, particularly within the oil and gas sector.
Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
