**CRM/Retail Trainer role assigned**:

- To teach at higher secondary and undergraduate level in areas allocated and reviewed by the Manager/Head of Department.
- To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student placement, progress, achievement.
- Undertaking a range of administrative tasks and Community Mobilization.
- Monitoring students’ attendance and doing follow-up with the students to control dropouts.
- Building a strong student connect by counselling and mentoring.
- Maintaining knowledge of, and implementing, Company/Organization policies.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Key knowledge about Placement Drives/Opportunities.
- Assisting the team for placement drive.
- Keeping attendance of students.
- Keeping record of dropout students and coordination with mobilization team.
- Providing feedback while in the screening of the students.
- Conducting PTM.
- Keeping record of consumables.
- Conducting domain related industry visit.

**Salary**: Up to ₹19,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
