Maintenance Incharge

The Resort Maintenance IN charge is responsible for the overall maintenance and appearance of all resort facilities and grounds for a property with high seasonal, weekend, and holiday demands.

**DUTIES**:
Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to ensure that Resort facilities and equipment’s are kept in good working condition.

Schedule regular inspections and servicing of equipment’s, such as HVAC systems, CCTV, EPABX, TV,WIFI, communication systems, technical, electrical, plumbing, heaters, generator, kitchen equipment’s, etc.

Respond promptly to maintenance request from guests and staff, diagnose and repair mechanical issues, plumbing problems, electrical & electronical malfunctions, and other facility -related issues, ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime.

Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of resorts grounds, including landscaping, parking areas, and outdoor facilities, maintain safety standards and protocols, including fire safety equipment’s, emergency exits, and safety signage.

Supervise and train the maintenance assistant and ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.

Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks, AMC, etc.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment servicing, monitor energy and water usage identifying opportunities for conservation.

**Required Skills**:

- BS degree or technical training in facilities and/or grounds maintenance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a maintenance or similar field, two of which were holding a supervisory position directing a multifunctional staff.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
