**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and requirements
- Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on recruiting activities

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 9 yrs years of experience in IT recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and technologies
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing IT professionals
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in a related field

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
