**Responsibilities**:
Assist Production Manager in following activities:

- Plant Operations.
- To achieve production targets along with established operating efficiencies.
- Review present process and operating systems and take steps to de-bottleneck plant operations wherever possible.
- Quality control
- Maintain clean and safe plant.
- Implement a Total Preventive Maintenance Schedule to reduce machine downtime.
- Training and Motivation of staff.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in chlorination, organic pigments/**Green Pigment** or organic chemical industry.
- Senior Chemists having extensive experience of working in a Green Pigments / Phthalocyanine Pigments Plant can be considered.
- Must be well versed in Hindi and English Language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
