**About the role**
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role you will be required to meet doctors in-person, propose Celica Healthcare offering, prepare commercial proposals, and build long term relationships.
**What will you get to do?**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Doctors, including regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and account management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline status to senior management.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
**Skills we are looking for**
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Need good communication skills to be able to build long-standing and successful relationships with clients. Also should be able to adapt and develop solutions to client’s needs with clear and decisive communication.
- Negotiation skills: You will be required to be tactful and hold the knowledge of when to compromise and when to offer firm solutions to persuade prospects.
- Research and strategy: In order to understand the needs and goals of clients, you will be required to research the organisation, their pain points, their current providers.
- Business intelligence: You need to understand our business offering in order to develop the market offering and positioning strategy against the competitors.
- Networking: In order to build valuable relationships with new and existing clients.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
