Academic Counselor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase enrollment numbers.
- Guide prospective students through the admission process, providing detailed information about courses, scholarships, and enrollment requirements.
- Address inquiries, concerns, and objections to facilitate the conversion of leads into enrolled students.
- Welcome walk-in visitors and provide them with detailed information about our programs, admission procedures, and campus facilities.
- Regularly track and report on your lead generation and conversion activities, demonstrating a strong commitment to targets and key performance indicators.
- Receive performance-based appraisals, and opportunities for growth and bonuses, based on your success in lead conversion.
- Offer academic and career counseling, helping students make informed decisions about their courses and future career paths.
- Prioritize student satisfaction and ensure that students have a positive experience throughout their educational journey.
- Address and resolve student concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in academic counseling, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated..
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
