Perform duties of front desk receptionist, including but not limited to check-in/out, guest accommodations, phone, reservations, point of sale, housekeeping, and other tasks
- Support all Front Office team members and guest needs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assist with front office needs, communications, and tasks
- Assist with Front Office financials, including sales, costs, and ROI
- Assist with Front Office marketing efforts
- Maintain all guest information
- Assist with catering order taking and follow up
- Assist with banquet and special event setup and breakdown
- Assist with receptions and other functions
- Maintain office, including filing and clerical work
- Assist with check-out procedures
- Assist with guest relations
- Contribute to ongoing company initiatives
- Other duties as assigned

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹26,241.63 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
