**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the lead generation from new customers.
- Make outbound calls to increase customer base through new customer acquisition, recovery of churned customers and growth within existing customers.
- Execute a daily process with prospecting and pipeline management by actively (primarily) connecting with individuals by phone.
- Participate in targeted campaigns/promotions to increase sales.
- Work closely with the inside sales team and HR Director.
- Proactively determine customer needs, and overcome objections with creative solutions while working within company guidelines.
- Achieve key performance indicator metrics, productivity standards, and call quality performance, adhere to schedule.
- Exhibit good time management and organisational skills.
- Additional duties/responsibilities as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years inside sales experience with a successful track record.
- Account management/customer service experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective team and organisational team member.
- Self-motivated and driven, with ability to work with mínimal direction.
- Ability to change in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience in international client calls is a must*
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
