**Expectation from the doctor to be recruited**:

- Full time and dedicated engagement
- Regular field visit for 10 to 15 days per month to the project areas of Chhattisgarh and West Bengal. The states can be visited in alternate months.
- Monitoring, supervision and guidance of the field staff.
- Participating in monthly meetings, practice sessions, camps etc. at the field, as per requirement
- Will be stationed at the various offices of the organization as per need for rest of the days in a month, other than field visits
- Reporting of activities undertaken to the management of AFI as per the format designed for reporting to donors

**Note**: Travel and stay will be reimbursed on actual basis in addition to the remuneration, as per the organization policy.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
