**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- **Marketing Assistance**: Support marketing efforts by researching trends, preparing presentations, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.
- **Financial Analysis**: Assist in financial reporting and budgeting processes, including data entry and analysis to support informed decision-making.
- **Data Management**: Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze and visualize data, creating reports and dashboards as needed.
- **Communication**: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist in managing projects and initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes, and follow up on action items.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role or as a personal assistant.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and financial concepts.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, data analysis).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
