The Social Media Marketer is responsible for creating, curating, and managing content on various social media platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with the target audience, and drive traffic and conversions. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends and tools, as well as the ability to analyse performance data to make data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Platform Management: Maintain and update social media profiles, ensuring they are up-to-date, visually appealing, and consistent with the brand's identity.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
- Campaign Planning: Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, such as increasing followers, website traffic, or conversions.
- Content Scheduling: Use social media management tools to schedule posts at optimal times for maximum reach and engagement.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
- Trend and Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's presence remains relevant.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and targeting.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as graphic designers, content writers, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong understanding of different social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for social media.
- Familiarity with paid social advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Digital marketing (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
