**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Design compelling **infographics**, **case study visuals**, and engaging promotional material that distills complex data into **clear, creative visuals**.
- Experiment with cutting-edge **AI tools** and creative software (such as **Figma**, **Adobe Creative Suite**, **Canva**, and **DALL-E**) to push the boundaries of what’s possible in design.
- Bring your design thinking into **branding efforts**, ensuring consistency across all visual assets, while still finding opportunities to inject new creativity into the mix.
- Create **captivating blog layouts** that not only complement content but amplify its message through intelligent design choices.
- Join our creative brainstorms and pitch your design ideas. **Your voice and creativity matter**:

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- A passion for creating **bold and dynamic visual content**.
- Experience or studies in **Graphic Design**, **Visual Communication**, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools like **Figma**, **Adobe Photoshop**, **Illustrator**, **Canva**, and **Adobe XD**. Bonus points if you know your way around **motion graphics** in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
- An eye for **typography**, a strong understanding of **color theory**, and an appreciation for **beautifully crafted layouts**.
- Curiosity about **AI tools** for design innovation (e.g., DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) and excitement to incorporate them into your creative process.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on **creative challenges**.
