Hello Everyone,

We are looking for IT Help desk agents to join the current team in a 24/7 support environment (B2B). Work with leading corporates across the globe including Fortune 500 companies to support their Enterprise systems and Datacenter networks.

**Openings** - IT Helpdesk

**Requirement** - Immediate.

**Location** - Guwahati.
- Managing Help desk tickets for leading global TPM company.
- Providing tier-1 support for Enterprise systems and datacenter networks.
- Coordinating with different internal teams located in diverse geographical locations to ensure service delivery.
- Following up with customers/Clients to ensure full resolution of tickets raised.

Skills
- Customer service skills: You should be able to put customers first, empathize with their problems, communicate clearly and politely, and resolve their issues effectively.
- Business awareness: You should be able to understand the company's goals, products and services, and how your role impacts them. You should also be aware of the different departments and roles within the company, and how you can coordinate to improve quality of service delivery.
- Problem-solving skills: You should be able to analyze, diagnose and troubleshoot

problems using logical thinking and available resources. You should also be able to escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians or experts when needed.
- Technical skills: You should have a basic knowledge of Data centers, Enterprise servers, switches, storage and backup devices. You should also be able to learn new technologies quickly and keep up with the latest updates.
- Teamwork skills: You should be able to work well with your colleagues, share information and knowledge, offer and ask for help, and contribute to the team's success.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
