Key Responsibilities:
**Calendar Management**:Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them to optimize the CEO's time.
Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
**Meeting Coordination**:Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
**Travel Arrangements**:Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure all travel logistics are well-planned.
**Office Management**:Oversee the CEO's office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing filing systems, and handling confidential information with discretion.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration.
**Project Support**:Assist the CEO in managing special projects, conducting research, and preparing reports as needed.
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and various departments to ensure project deadlines are met.
**Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions and communications.
**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, clients, and partners.
**Problem Solving**:Proactively identify challenges and find solutions to ensure the CEO's workflow is efficient and effective.
Demonstrate resourcefulness and the ability to handle unexpected situations.
**Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the efficiency of the CEO's office.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for executive support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant to senior leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
