As a Operation’s Executive you will be responsible for overseeing production execution, material pickup and delivery, inventory management, and outstation travel coordination. As an integral part of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects and the overall success of our company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with project managers and other team members to ensure successful execution of production plans.
- Manage the pickup and delivery of materials, ensuring they are transported safely and in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate stock levels and effective utilization of resources.
- Coordinate outstation travel for team members, providing necessary logistics support and ensuring compliance with travel policies.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates on expenses to the finance department.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce strict quality control measures.
- Identify areas for improvement in the operational processes and suggest innovative solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and implement relevant changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain detail-oriented mindset with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to travel domestically as required.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
