Faculty Associate

Network School seeks faculty who are passionate for learning and demonstrate skills in teaching. He/she must determine students’ strengths and weakness and choose the best training methodologies.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Prepare and Assist Course Controller Executives for building and developing course contents.

2) Prepare and file teaching method for each Course Modules

3) Align with Batch Schedules and Course Calendar.

4) Deliver Course Modules on defined Course Calendar to students.
- Perform Theory Lecture.
- Instruct LAB administrator for required LAB environment.
- Perform demonstration of technology discussed in handling Course Module for Students.
- Guide students for experiencing hands-on technology for discussing Course Modules.

5) Assess / Evaluate Student’s Knowledge level based on Course Delivered
- Perform interview with students for Course Assessment
- Perform LAB evaluation sessions to students for building topology on prescribed scenario.
- Perform LAB evaluation session to students for troubleshooting on prescribed topology and issue.
- Perform group discussion sessions.

6) Prepare and Submit Assessment / Evaluation report to Corse Controller Executive for running batches

Skills & Qualifications

1) Three-year Diploma in Computer Technology with Work Experience in Technical domain

2) Engineering graduate or postgraduate with stateful academic chart

3) Clear understanding and sound knowledge in technology concepts of

a. Switching

b. Routing

c. Wireless

d. Firewall / UTM

4) Fluency in English for Reading / Writing and Speaking additional to native language

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
