Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The Academic Counsellor will play a crucial role in guiding students through their educational journey, providing valuable insights and support to help them achieve their academic and career goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalized academic counselling to students, addressing their educational and career aspirations.

2. Assess students' academic backgrounds, interests, and career objectives to recommend suitable educational programs.

3. Assist students in selecting the most appropriate courses and educational pathways based on their interests and goals.

4. Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure they are on track with their academic progress and address any concerns or challenges they may face.

5. Collaborate with academic advisors and faculty members to provide students with comprehensive support and guidance.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, educational programs, and career opportunities to provide accurate and relevant information to students.

7. Participate in promotional activities and events to promote educational programs and attract prospective students.

8. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counselling sessions for future reference and reporting purposes.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counselling or business development in the Edtech industry.

3. Good sales pitch

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students effectively.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing student needs and concerns.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
