**Key Responsibilities and preferred Skills**:

- Create compelling motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for company projects/campaigns.
- Design and animate titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and other graphic elements for videos and presentations.
- Work with audio elements for synchronized sound with motion graphics, if required.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools.
- Stay updated with industry trends, integrating new techniques and tools into your workflow.
- Should know basic camera handling.

**Education and Experience**:

- At least 4 years of professional graphic design experience preferably at an advertising agency or digital

publisher.
- High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Should

know how to make GIFs, Videos

**About the Company**:
The pandemic drastically changed the personal care industry as few people could personally visit those facilities and several salons shut down. The brand started retailing through its bespoke website and ecommerce marketplaces and earned INR 4.78 Cr in revenue in FY23. It also raised INR 1 Cr at Shark Tank Season 2.

Winston Electronics is founded by Himanshu Adlakha and Nikita Mehotra. A line of face care and painless hair removal products has been thoughtfully developed by Winston India. Winston blends technology, design and ease of use to deliver high-quality grooming products such as trimmers, hair stylers, scalp massagers, LED combs, callus and blackhead removers, electric toothbrushes and more. All its products come with a one-year replacement warranty.

In 2023, the brand entered the men’s grooming market with Nut Groomer 1.0 trimmer. It will continue to develop new products in sync with evolving requirements. By 2025, Winston will enter offline retail by tying up with big retail chains and distributor networks.
