**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately input and update data related to Mutual funds, IPOs, Physical shares, and LIC Policies into our computer systems.
- Process transactions promptly and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Generate reports, statements, and other documents as required by management.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
- Assist clients and colleagues with queries related to transactions, accounts, and policies.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Adhere to security protocols and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive information.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, policies, and procedures related to Mutual funds, IPOs, Physical shares, and LIC Policies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role, preferably in the finance or share broking industry.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
