Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the organizational hub for the Managing Director, ensuring seamless

coordination across various functional areas.
- Engage with the Senior Management level to facilitate strategic initiatives.
- Mastery in verbal and written English to maintain high standards of communication

within and outside the company.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to produce high-caliber

presentations, reports, and analytical data.
- Execute comprehensive secretarial responsibilities, including meeting logistics,

executive travel coordination, and meticulous minutes of the meeting, and

subsequent follow ups.

Essential Qualifications:

- A graduate degree is essential. An MBA would be a distinct advantage.
- A seasoned professional with 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity, directly

reporting to high-level executives.
- Adeptness in corporate documentation, administrative procedures, and coordination

of executive activities.

1. Manage the MD’s comprehensive scheduling, including travel, client management,

and documentation.

2. Facilitate robust communication between the MD's Office and internal/external

stakeholders, ensuring operational harmony.

3. Develop, manage, and present MIS reports to the MD on project statuses and

organizational tasks.

4. Provide high-level administrative support with various office software and maintain

systematic filing and contact databases.

5. Uphold the utmost confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism within all aspects

of the role.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
