Job Summary:

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform telecom nodes troubleshooting to assure high levels of stability, reliability, and availability of the Managed Connectivity services.
- Diagnose end to end Managed Connectivity related issues.
- Monitor the Semtech Global NOC
- Troubleshoot and diagnose IP network issues and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform first-tier troubleshooting using tools and utilities to resolve system/network performance and related system/network issues.
- Configure, optimize, and fine-tune monitoring systems.
- Install operating system software, patches, and upgrades.
- As the first line of defense, you will monitor systems and validate alerts using our array of monitoring tools.
- Coordinate and implement network, software and hardware upgrades with the Network Operations and Development teams.
- Work with the Network Operations team and Application Support Engineers to ensure maximum uptime of the system.
- Proactively work to refine documentation of systems/network, troubleshooting guides, policies, and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Should have a minimum of Bachelors/Masters Degree in Computer Science Engineering, E&C / Electronics Branch
