Job Summary: As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing the financial operations of the company. You will be responsible for handling various tasks related to GST returns, job work challans, billing process, TDS returns, and must possess excellent knowledge of Tally Prime software.

**Responsibilities**:
1.GST Returns:

- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain records of invoices, input tax credit, and other relevant documents for GST audits.
- Stay updated with changes in GST laws and regulations and communicate any necessary adjustments to the finance team.

2. Job Work Challans:

- Generate job work challans for materials sent to subcontractors or third parties for processing.
- Maintain proper records of job work challans and reconcile them with the subcontractor's invoices.

3. Billing Process:

- Prepare accurate and timely invoices for products or services rendered to clients.
- Verify billing details, such as rates, discounts, and taxes, to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for timely payments.

4. TDS Returns:

- Prepare and file TDS returns, including TDS deducted on salaries, vendor payments, and other applicable transactions.
- Ensure compliance with TDS provisions and update relevant stakeholders on any changes in regulations.

5. Tally Prime Expertise:

- Possess an excellent understanding of Tally Prime software and its functionalities.
- Utilize Tally Prime for day-to-day accounting tasks, data entry, and financial reporting.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues related to Tally Prime and collaborate with the IT department for resolutions.

6. Financial Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Provide financial reports and insights to management, enabling informed decision-making.

7. Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to accounting principles, standards, and legal regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and communicate any required adjustments to the finance team.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, with expertise in GST returns, job work challans, billing process, and TDS returns.
- In-depth knowledge of Tally Prime software and its various functionalities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 2 years (preferred)
