3. Channel Sales Management
- Optimize performance across all sales channels (traditional retail, salons, online platforms, etc.).
- Ensure effective channel management and distribution to enhance product availability and brand presence across various sales points.

4. Sales Team Leadership and Development
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance goals, develop talent, provide training, and foster a competitive yet collaborative sales culture.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and maintain regular reporting on sales performance.
- Use data to inform decision-making, track key sales metrics (e.g., revenue, volume, market share), and ensure forecasting aligns with production and inventory levels.

6. Customer Relationship Management
- Strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
- Build long-term customer loyalty by understanding client needs, addressing pain points, and delivering value through exceptional service.

7. Pricing and Promotion Strategy
- Lead the pricing strategy to optimize profitability while remaining competitive.
- Work closely with marketing and finance teams to set promotional offers, discounts, and channel-specific pricing strategies.

8. Sales Performance Metrics and KPIs
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, such as revenue growth, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Regularly assess performance and take corrective actions to improve weak areas and capitalize on strengths.

9. Alignment with Marketing and Product Development
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure the sales approach aligns with new product launches and brand strategies.
- Provide feedback from the sales team and customers on product performance and market demands.

10. Revenue and Profitability Management
- Ensure that sales strategies contribute to both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
- Balance aggressive sales targets with cost management and margin protection.

11. Compliance with Industry Regulations
- Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant cosmetic industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Monitor adherence to guidelines related to product claims, distribution practices, and market conduct.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
