**Join Our Team as a Front Office Administrator**

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to take on the role of **Front Office Administrator** at our academy. You will play a key role in welcoming visitors and engaging with potential customers, using your friendly and persuasive communication skills to create a positive experience

**Job Timings**:

- **Monday to Saturday**: 4:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- **Sunday**: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- **Off**: Two Mondays off per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist visitors at the reception, engaging in friendly and convincing conversations
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Perform administrative and back-office tasks
- Oversee fee collection and issue receipts
- Maintain accurate records and basic accounts
- Support student monitoring and growth tracking
- Manage general office maintenance and upkeep
- Assist in managing academy schedules and operations

This role is ideal for individuals with excellent organizational skills and a warm, persuasive demeanor who can multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 29 per week
