**Job Description**:
Job Title: Functional Consultant - Authorization Management - S/4 HANA Rollout Industrialization

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design and implementation of authorization management solutions in S/4 HANA, including defining authorization processes, configuring S/4 HANA modules, and integrating with other modules such as finance and procurement.
- Develop and maintain authorization management documentation and training materials.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that authorization management solutions align with project deliverables and timelines.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that authorization management solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide regular updates on authorization management implementation progress, identify and manage issues and risks, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Provide functional support and guidance to authorization management implementation teams.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and project sponsors to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 5-8 years of domain experience in S/4 HANA rollout industrialization and implementation experience in the rollout of S/4 HANA.
- Strong expertise in authorization management, with experience in implementing S/4 HANA solutions for this area.
- Excellent understanding of S/4 HANA modules and functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

- Defining a competency building roadmap
- Knowledge on executing realisation activities in a rollout/implementation project e.g. configuration, functional specifications for developments, data cleansing, data migration, testing, training, cutover, support for authorisations, support for OCM
- Supporting Service Delivery Managers and Projects in resolving rollout issues and challenges

Mandatory
- Should understand the customer business processes and the IT landscape rapidly and able to foresee the likely challenges.
