We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist/Engineer to join our team and lead efforts in building AI-driven data models. This role offers a unique opportunity to design scalable data infrastructures and create predictive models that will have a direct impact on critical ERP functionalities like forecasting, automation, and customer insights.

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and develop data models for predictive analytics, focused on optimizing inventory management, sales forecasting, and customer behavior.
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines, ensuring clean and structured data is available for real-time insights.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate machine learning models into the ERP system for automation and process optimization.
- Implement data governance practices to ensure data integrity, security, and quality across the platform.
- Continuously monitor and improve the performance of data models to align with evolving business needs.

**Requirements**:
- 4-6 years of experience in both data science and data engineering.
- Proficiency in data modeling, machine learning, and building data pipelines with tools like SQL, Spark, or Hadoop.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and the ability to collaborate closely with AI engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle large-scale data environments.

**Education**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
