Job Title: Academic Counselor

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic journey.
- Assist students in course selection, academic planning, and goal setting.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions to address academic concerns and challenges.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop academic support programs.
- Monitor student progress and intervene when necessary to promote academic success.
- Stay updated on educational policies, requirements, and resources.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance counseling skills.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in academic advising or counseling.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of educational systems, programs, and resources.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Empathy and understanding towards students' diverse backgrounds and needs.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
