**1. Job Overview**:

- As a Real Estate Seller & telecaller, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential clients over the phone, build rapport, and promote real estate services. You will play a crucial role in generating leads, scheduling appointments, and supporting the overall sales process.

**2. Key Responsibilities**:
a. **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce real estate services.
- Effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits of the properties represented by the real estate agent.

b. **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling and follow-up.
- Gather information about clients' requirements, budget, and preferences.

c. **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule appointments for the real estate agent to meet with potential clients.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments with both clients and the agent.

d. **Database Management**:

- Maintain an organized and updated database of leads, clients, and interactions.
- Record relevant information gathered during conversations for future reference.

e. **Follow-up**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep them engaged in the real estate process.
- Address any queries or concerns potential clients may have.

f. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the real estate agent to align communication strategies and goals.
- Provide regular updates on call outcomes, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.

g. **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead conversion rates, and appointment outcomes.

h. **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure a positive experience for potential clients throughout the communication process.

**3. Qualifications and Skills**:
a. **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant phone manner.
- Ability to articulate information about real estate properties effectively.

b. **Sales Acumen**:

- Basic understanding of real estate market trends and the ability to convey the value of properties to potential clients.

c. **Organizational Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of calls and tasks.

d. **Team Player**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with the real estate agent and other team members.

**4. Educational Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. A background in sales or customer service is a plus.

**5. Working Conditions**:

- The role primarily involves working in an office environment, making outbound calls.

**6. Reporting Structure**:

- The Telecaller will report to the Real Estate Agent or designated team lead.

**Salary**: ₹12,961.07 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
