**CRE Trainee (Customer Relationship Executive Trainee)**

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic **CRE Trainees** to join our team in **Kochi**. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to develop your customer relationship management skills and learn to handle customer inquiries, support tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction. This position is perfect for freshers who are eager to start their career in customer service and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Provide detailed information to customers about products or services offered by the company.
- Track and document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with senior CRE staff to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Assist in the follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Malayalam preferred).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and eagerness to learn.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Suite).
- Ability to multitask and handle customer interactions effectively.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to assist customers.
- Team player with a commitment to delivering excellent service.

**Desired Skills**:

- Prior experience in customer service or retail (a plus, but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with **CRM systems** is a plus.
- Ability to handle customer queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic understanding of **customer relationship management** principles.
