**Position Overview**:
As a PPC Executive at K and A Technology Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our India and USA digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve our clients' objectives and maximize ROI.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Campaign Management**:

- Create, implement, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.

**Ad Copy and Creative Development**:

- Write compelling ad copy and headlines to increase click-through rates (CTR) and conversions.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop eye-catching ad creatives and landing pages.

**Budget Management**:

- Set and manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor daily and monthly spend to stay within budgetary limits.

**Keyword Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-performing keywords.
- Continuously optimize keyword lists to improve campaign performance.

**Performance Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and present insights and recommendations to clients.
- Use analytics tools to track and measure key performance metrics.

**Ad Testing**:

- Plan and execute A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Implement strategies to improve ad relevance and quality score.

**Stay Updated**:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, PPC best practices, and search engine algorithm updates.
- Implement new features and technologies to enhance campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in the Indian and US markets.
- Google Ads and Bing Ads certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in PPC tools and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- A passion for digital marketing and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
