**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the procurement of goods and services according to company requirements.
- Source potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to secure the best deals while maintaining quality standards.
- Place orders with suppliers, ensuring that purchase orders are accurate and meet company specifications.
- Track and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any supply chain issues.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive database of suppliers, products, and prices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages or excess.
- Prepare and maintain purchase reports, providing detailed updates on order status, deliveries, and budget compliance.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and regulations.
- Resolve any discrepancies in invoices, shipments, or product quality.
- Assist with the preparation of procurement forecasts and budgets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum of a degree in any discipline. A background in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the procurement process, vendor management, and sourcing techniques.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with procurement software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
- A proactive approach to identifying cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Experience in supply chain management or purchasing.
- Familiarity with inventory management and stock control.
- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
