**Job Title: Mechanical Draftsman Trainer**

**Location**: VIZAG

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training sessions for new and existing draftsmen, focusing on mechanical drawing standards, CAD tools, and design techniques.
- Mentor and support trainees to improve their drafting skills and ensure they meet industry standards.
- Provide practical demonstrations and exercises to enhance understanding of mechanical drafting processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends and software to ensure training materials remain relevant and up-to-date.
- Evaluate trainee progress and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous development.
- Work closely with the engineering team to tailor training programs that meet project and company requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in mechanical drafting or CAD design, either in an industrial setting or through training roles.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design, technical drawing, and CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Previous experience in a training or mentorship role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to trainees with varying levels of experience.
- Ability to develop training materials and assist in creating hands-on exercises for practical learning.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Certification or formal education in mechanical drafting or a related field.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling and advanced drafting tools.
