Receptionist Telecaller

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide information about products and services, and address any concerns.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation.
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Manage and route incoming calls to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Provide accurate information about the company and its services to clients and visitors.
- Handle and resolve customer queries, redirecting complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
**SkillSet**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Telecalling and receptionist roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Preferably someone with experience in the IT services sector.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with basic office equipment and computer systems.
- Positive and professional attitude.
