**About the Role**: As a Telecaller you will be an essential part of our customer engagement team. Your role is not just about making calls; it's about creating meaningful connections, understanding customer needs, and representing our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our products/services, build relationships, and generate interest.
- **Customer Support**: Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about our offerings.
- **Lead Qualification**: Identify and qualify leads, ensuring a steady flow of potential customers for the sales team.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address concerns, and guide customers through the decision-making process.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and customer engagement.
