Supervise laundry staff and operations.
- Ensure all laundry services are carried out in accordance with set standards and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry area.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
- Adhere to health and safety standards.
- Manage the washing, drying, pressing, and folding of linens and other items.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure laundry needs are met.
- Train new staff members.
- Manage inventory of laundry supplies.
- Handle customer complaints and queries.
