NDA Preparatory Academy at Om Gurudeo English Medium and Junior College Shirdi is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Chemistry Faculty member to join our esteemed team. Our academy specializes in preparing students for NDA entrance exams, and we are committed to providing exceptional education while fostering their success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exemplary instruction in Chemistry to NDA aspirants.
- Develop and implement lectures, assignments, and assessments in alignment with the Academy's curriculum.
- Evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to facilitate their learning and growth.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of Chemistry and incorporate them into effective teaching practices.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to refine and enhance the Academy's Chemistry curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Preferably have experience teaching Chemistry to NDA aspirants.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Display the ability to work collaboratively with other faculty members.
- Exhibit a strong passion for teaching and a dedication to ensuring student success.
- B. Tech or M. Tech from IIT or NIT is preferred, or alternatively, an M.Sc. from IISER/IIT.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
