**About Us**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Ensure seamless operation of servers, firewalls, routers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end-users promptly.
- Oversee system backups, updates, and security protocols.
- Implement IT policies to ensure data protection and cybersecurity.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT support and procurement.
- Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and user manuals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux environments and network systems.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
