We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our managed farmland projects. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including data entry, basic research, and day-to-day general activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, maintaining organized records of essential information related to managed farmland projects.
- Conduct basic research on urban farming practices, real estate trends, and regulatory requirements relevant to our projects.
- Assist in coordinating office operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
- Proficiency in computer skills, google sheets and data entry software.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to take on various tasks as needed in a dynamic startup environment.
- Must have a laptop for work-related tasks.
- Must have a 2-wheeler for commuting purposes.
- Knowledge of driving a 4-wheeler is preferred.
