**Role Summary**

**Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of at least 2~4 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in the CCTV or security industry.
- Deep knowledge of CCTV Surveillance Technology, Audio-Visual Technology and related software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and seize new business opportunities, contributing to expansion.
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrate the value proposition of the company's products/services to potential clients.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries who require CCTV solutions to enhance their security and surveillance capabilities.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique security challenges and requirements, and tailor product demonstrations and proposals accordingly.
- Present and communicate the features, benefits, and value of our CCTV solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of product capabilities and limitations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service.
- Provide post-sales support and act as a liaison between customers and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market.
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in CCTV technology and industry regulations.
