**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations.
- **Service Excellence**: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- **Floor Management**: Oversee the dining room floor, ensuring efficient seating, table turnover, and adherence to reservation schedules.
- **Guest Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
- **Staff Training**: Train, mentor, and coach staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and proper etiquette.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency to uphold the restaurant's standards of excellence.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during service with tact and diplomacy, seeking solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring seamless execution.
- **Upselling and Promotion**: Encourage suggestive selling and promote special menu items or promotions to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role in a high-end dining establishment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail pairings.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
