Garnet & Gold is seeking a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team who can effectively drive user reach and engagement on our media channels and website.

As we expand our operations, we are looking for driven individuals who can join us to strengthen our brand and drive SEO by improving organic search ranking and traffic.

POSITION OPEN: SEO Specialist

LOCATION: Gurugram, Haryana

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: In-office, Full-time

EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years, freshers with relevant skills and educational background are welcome

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive traffic on social media handles and website.
- Perform keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing search terms.
- Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and on-page elements, to improve search visibility and user experience.
- Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact search engine crawling, indexing, and ranking.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website design, content creation, and overall user experience.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms, and provide regular reports on key metrics and trends.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithms, and industry changes in SEO, and implement necessary adjustments to maintain competitive advantage.
- Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and benchmark against industry leaders.
- Continuously explore new SEO techniques and tools to enhance organic search performance.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Good knowledge of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with website analysis, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and industry changes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proven work experience as an SEO Specialist, preferably in an agency or in-house marketing team would be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
