As a customer service coordinator in the marine industry, your main responsibilities would involve managing the relationships between the company and its customers, ensuring that their needs are being met and their expectations are exceeded.

Your daily tasks may include:
2. Managing orders: You'll be responsible for managing customer orders, including processing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues related to order fulfilment. Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.

3. Coordinating with other departments: You'll need to work closely with other departments within the company, such as sales, marketing, and production, to ensure that all customer needs are being met. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services & keep customers informed about the status of their orders.

4. Resolving customer issues: You'll be responsible for addressing and resolving any customer issues, such as product defects, delivery delays, or billing disputes.

5. Maintaining customer records: You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate customer records, including contact information, order history, and other relevant data.

6. Generating reports: You'll need to generate regular reports on customer satisfaction, order fulfilment rates, and other key performance indicators to help identify areas for improvement.

7. Communicate customer feedback, trends, and concerns to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.

Other Responsibilities:
To support the Marketing Team with existing clients by being the internal point of contact regarding data setup and operational issues.

Assisting the sales team as a technical resource

To be able to work independently as well as collaborate across multiple teams.

Ability to partner cross-functionally, across time zones, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum three to four years of customer service experience preferably Shipping industry experience with a strong preference for a background in performance or technical advisor role

Fields entry-level product-related inquiries. Fluency in English, both spoken and written

Ability to work on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.

Ability to work independently, receiving little instruction on daily work, but receiving general instructions on newly introduced assignments.

Enjoys working in a team environment

Overall, your role as a customer service coordinator in the marine industry will be critical in ensuring that the company maintains strong relationships with its customers and continues to meet their needs and expectations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
