**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Set up** and **operate** CNC turning centers, ensuring all machines run smoothly and efficiently.
- **Program** CNC machines using CAD/CAM software or G-code to produce precision parts.
- **Select** appropriate tools, fixtures, and equipment for each job.
- **Adjust** machine settings to optimize production while maintaining quality standards.
- **Perform** routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery.
- **Inspect** finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- **Train** and **mentor** junior operators and setters.
- **Collaborate** with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes and reduce cycle times.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- **5 to 8 years** of hands-on experience in CNC turning operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of metallurgy and material properties.
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and programming in G-code.
- Familiarity with quality control measures and inspection techniques.
