Surveillance Operator

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Live Monitoring**: Conduct real-time monitoring of surveillance cameras to detect and assess any suspicious activities, security breaches, or potential threats.
- **Incident Response**: Respond promptly to security incidents or alarms, following established protocols and procedures. Report incidents to the appropriate authorities and escalate as necessary.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all activities, incidents, and observations during the shift. Prepare shift reports and communicate effectively with oncoming shifts.
- **Communication**: Collaborate with on-site and remote teams to provide timely and accurate information regarding security issues. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate and troubleshoot surveillance equipment, ensuring all systems are functioning properly. Report any malfunctions or technical issues to the IT department.
- **Policy Adherence**: Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures related to security and surveillance. Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and ethical standards.
- **Emergency Response**: Assist in emergency situations by coordinating with emergency services and guiding on-site personnel to ensure a swift and effective response.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
