**Designation:International Chemical Sales Representative**

**Location: VADODARA, GUJARAT.**

**Experience: Minimum 4 Years in relevant field.**

**Gender: Male**

**Timing: 2:00pm to 12:00pm (5 Days Working)**

**> Responsibilities**:
**> 1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives in the international chemical market.**
**> 2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential clients and partners worldwide.**
**> 3. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.**
**> 4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.**
**> 5. Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.**
**> 6. Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and regulatory developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.**
**> 7. Travel internationally to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and conduct market research as needed.**
**> 8. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.**

**> Requirements**:
**> 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.**
**> 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in chemical sales, preferably with a focus on international markets and trading.**
**> 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.**
**> 4. Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.**
**> 5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.**
**> 6. Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.**
**> 7. Willingness to travel frequently, sometimes on short notice.**
**> 8. Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is desirable.**
