Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Implementation:

- Develop and implement comprehensive corporate responsibility and human rights strategies.
- Set measurable goals and objectives to improve the company's social, environmental impact.

2. Policy Development and Compliance:

- Create and enforce corporate responsibility and human rights policies in line with international standards such as the UN Guiding Principles/ILO on Business and Human Rights.
- Ensure compliance with relevant environmental, social, and human rights regulations.

3. Risk Assessment and Management:

- Conduct risk assessments across the company’s operations and supply chain to identify potential human rights and sustainability issues.
- Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks.

4. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, customers, suppliers, NGOs, and community groups.
- Foster partnerships to advance the company’s CSR and human rights initiatives.

5. Program Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of CSR and human rights programs.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

6. Training and Awareness:

- Develop and deliver training programs on corporate responsibility and human rights for employees, management, and suppliers.
- Raise awareness about the importance of these initiatives and the company’s commitment to these principles.

7. Monitoring and Reporting:

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate responsibility and human rights initiatives.
- Prepare and present reports on performance to senior management and other stakeholders.

8. Incident Management:

- Investigate and address human rights violations within the company or supply chain.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

9. Communication and Advocacy:

- Develop communication materials, including sustainability reports, press releases, and social media content, to promote the company's CSR and human rights efforts.
- Advocate for best practices in corporate responsibility and human rights within the industry.

10. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the company’s corporate responsibility and human rights practices.
- Implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of these initiatives.

Pay: ₹35,000.37 - ₹40,000.32 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
