Liason with HRBP/HRD training to complement needs and gaps in continuous design training.
- To plan and execute design education curriculum/curate specialised design programs with internal advisors as well as with design schools for internal designers and engineers in TVSM.
- To constantly scan and upgrade education methodology from all over the world for internal consumers
- To develop an understanding of competencies and gaps in current designers and meet the gaps or upgrade competencies to help internal designers perform better.
- Write QSPs and documentation for design education for further reference.
