**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors as per business requirements.
- Manage vendor registration, contract agreements, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, procurement, and operations) for seamless onboarding.
- Maintain and update vendor records in the database.
- Conduct due diligence, background verification, and risk assessment of vendors.
- Facilitate vendor training sessions on company policies, payment terms, and procurement guidelines.
